We understand that plans change. Here is how we handle order modifications and cancellations.

Requesting a Change to Your Order

If you need to change your order, such as updating the shipping address or adjusting quantities, please contact us at support@tryk9clean.shop as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate changes if your order has not yet entered processing. We cannot guarantee that changes can be made once an order is in the processing stage.


Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled before they have been processed or shipped. If you wish to cancel, please contact us immediately at support@tryk9clean.shop with your order number. Once an order has entered the fulfilment or shipping stage, cancellation is no longer possible. In that case, you may return the item in accordance with our Refund and Returns Policy once it arrives.


Refunds for Canceled Orders

If your cancellation request is received and confirmed before your order is processed, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. Please allow additional time for the refund to appear in your account depending on your payment provider.

You will receive email notifications when your order is confirmed, modified, canceled, or shipped. Please ensure the email address provided at checkout is accurate and that you check your inbox, including junk and promotions folders, for these updates.
